Late night catch up

So I'm chillin in bed and can't fall asleep so I decided to blog my most recent workouts. 1/19 I thought my spin class wasat 7:50 so we racedto the rec just in time to see the class ending. so instead I got on a bike that as you go it automatically changes to have theappearance of hills etc and you have to actually shift and steer...kindafun. Did that for thirty minutes. 1/20 zumba night! Pretty sure this is my favorite workout. Because there was a basketball game at wsu, my friend and I walked to the church and then walked back. So not only did we dance our minds out but we also got in almost two miles of walking! Not bad for it being freezing coldoutside. 1/24 I remembered my spin class! So one hour of intense biking. I forgotto look to see how far I went, I'll try to remember next time. 1/25 Went swimming for twenty minutes. This included back stroke and front, pulling w arms, and kickboarding. I've decided I'm out of shape cuz i barely lasted but i did get about 1000meters/yards in so that was good. Then i went upstairs and did a few arm and ab exercises. I'm still trying to get two-a-days in but with only about 4 hours of sleep its not looking promising. Better luck tomorrow!
